Operator and scope
VOLT GROUP LIMITED (“Olivo”), based in Hong Kong, handles personal information from the Olivo website, accounts, connected sales channels and customer support as described in this policy.
Sales and financial data supplied by a company is processed within that company’s authorization and service agreement. Company administrators manage member access and remain responsible for their own business’s personal information processing.
Information and purposes
- Accounts and companies
- Email, display name, company name, business details supplied by users, membership and roles are used for account administration, sign-in and company access controls.
- Connections and sales or financial data
- Seller identifiers, countries and currencies, access tokens, orders, shipments, settlements, fees, refunds, product information and uploaded files are used for authorized connections, reconciliation, month-end closing and reports. The specific fields depend on the channel and permissions granted.
- Usage and security records
- IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, sign-in events, permission changes and activity records are used to maintain authentication, investigate problems and prevent misuse.
- Support information
- Contact email, company name, inquiry details and materials provided by the user are used to resolve issues and handle privacy requests.
Information comes from user input, authorized channel APIs and use of the service. Do not include unnecessary buyer names, addresses, contact details or sensitive information in support messages or uploads.
Without required account information or channel permissions, the related sign-in or connection feature cannot be provided. Processing for additional purposes requires an appropriate legal basis or consent.
Use and external services
Olivo processes data to provide services within the customer’s authorization. We do not sell sales or financial data or use it for advertising targeting or training general-purpose AI models.
Within a company, access follows the roles assigned to users. We do not provide personal information for independent third-party purposes except for transfers requested by the customer, separately authorized disclosures or legal obligations.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Used for website and service hosting, storage and sign-in email delivery through Amazon SES. Access records, service data, recipient email addresses and email content are processed as needed for these functions.
- Amazon sales channels
- Used to connect authorized seller account data through APIs. Authorization takes place on Amazon’s screens; Olivo does not ask for your Amazon account password.
- Google Fonts
- Some product introduction pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Visitors’ IP addresses and browser request information may be sent to Google. The support and policy pages do not request external web fonts.
The default SaaS environment uses AWS’s Seoul region, while the product website uses AWS’s Ireland region. Website access records may therefore be processed in Ireland. For a separately contracted environment or a new international transfer, we provide the required information about data, country, recipient, purpose, retention and objection options and follow applicable legal procedures.
Retention and deletion
Personal information is retained for the disclosed account, service, support and security purposes and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Retention of account and company information is assessed against the service relationship; inquiry records are assessed against resolution and necessary follow-up. Sales and financial data is assessed against the authorized service purpose and applicable legal and sales-channel requirements. Fixed retention periods by general data category and automated deletion schedules have not yet been finalized. On request, we confirm the specific scope and deletion schedule. Deadlines required by law or the relevant sales channel take precedence.
After account closure, withdrawal of consent or completion of the processing purpose, we identify the relevant information and delete it or render it irrecoverable. Records that must be retained by law are kept separately for the required purpose and period and are not used for other purposes.
Disconnecting Amazon stops new access. Deletion of existing data may require a separate processing step. Email support@olivo.finance to request deletion; we explain the scope and confirm the outcome.
Electronic files and credentials are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery. Information in backups is handled under the applicable retention and deletion requirements. If data subject to a deletion request is restored, the request is reapplied.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact support@olivo.finance to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. We may verify your identity or authority to act for someone else. If a request is restricted, we explain the reason and applicable basis.
Requests affecting other members, such as deleting a company’s data, require confirmation from an authorized company representative. See how to request deletion.
Cookies and automated processing
Services that require sign-in use cookies to maintain authenticated sessions. You can block or remove cookies through your browser, but sign-in and related functions may not work.
The current product website and these information pages do not contain advertising or behavioral analytics tracking tools. Reconciliation calculations and reports support user review; they are not offered to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Safeguards
Olivo uses restricted access, company-level access controls, encrypted connections, credential protection and activity records to protect personal information. Access is limited to operational needs, and identified issues are investigated and addressed.
Olivo is a service for businesses and professionals. We do not invite children to create accounts. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been provided inappropriately.
